Since 2002 MCN has been implementing and supporting business Enterprise portals and applications integration solutions for MetLife International, and its affiliates around the world.
Inittialy, MCN implemented a differentiated Services Portal for MetLife Brazil’s broker channel. Besides including a range of self-service functions specific for agents and brokers, the portal included web services for the interactive collaboration between the insurance company and its brokers. By using state of the art technology along with DWL Unifi, MCN successfully delivered the Broker Services Portal in only 2 months. Later on, the solution evolved to a set of corporate portals addressing multiple audiences, such as individual client, corporate client and call center operator, besides agent/broker audience, functioning in one single ‘e-business’ application.
