Prompt, full-service user assistance (software/technical) outside
the regular work hours (evening/weekends/holidays). To obtain
this service, the user contacts FSI in advance to schedule and
contract the time they wish to have access to this support.
During this coverage time, the user has immediate access to
the FSI remote support team for fast and easy problem resolution.
