Ebix, Inc. was founded in 1976 as Delphi Systems, Inc., a California corporation and subsequently changed its jurisdiction to the state of Delaware. In December 2003 the Company changed its name to Ebix, Inc.

20) Does Ebix offer a Direct Deposit option for dividend payments?
Upon receipt of the dividend, shareholders will have the option to register for Direct Deposit of future quarterly dividends. Through the Direct Deposit service, dividends will be sent directly to your designated bank account on the payment date. 21) What if my dividend check does not arrive in a timely manner following the payment date?
If you have not received your dividend payment, call Ebix's transfer agent Computershare Shareholder Services on at (888) 213-0965 to request a replacement check. Upon authorization from the shareholder, a stop payment order will be placed against the original check and a replacement check will be issued to you. Once a dividend check is replaced, the original check is no longer valid and should not be cashed if received. Please allow 10 calendar days past the payment date prior to requesting a replacement

22) How and when will shareholders receive Tax Reporting information related to dividends?
Registered shareholders will receive forms 1099-Div and 1099-B annually from Computershare Shareowner Services LLC prior to January 31 for the preceding year's taxes. For additional information on tax information, Ebix shareholders should contact the transfer agent at 1-888-213-0965. For shares held at a brokerage firms, annual tax forms will be mailed or electronically delivered to shareholders.

23) Does Ebix have a common stock buyback program in place?
On June 30, 2011, Ebix Board of Directors unanimously approved an increase to the Company’s share repurchase program from $45 million to $100 million. The Board also authorized the Company to possibly complete these share repurchases over the next twelve months, and that they be funded by the Company’s operating cash flows. Ebix expects to implement the program through purchases made in open market transactions in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b-18, subject to market conditions, and applicable state and federal legal requirements. The timing, volume, and nature of share repurchases will be at the discretion of management, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
