The Broker IFP Quoting system enables brokers
to find providers, run quotes, create reports on prospects by
a number of criteria as well as to keep track of email communication

clients, accessing an up-to-date provider directory and application
library, or utilizing a built-in email auto responder that permits
brokers to send pre-written messages to their prospects, IFP’s

The Consumer IFP Quoting system allows consumers
to browse through individual and family health plans from multiple
carriers themselves. The consumer quoting link is available
with our agency websites or can easily be added to a broker’s
existing website. The prospect can also log on to an interactive
comparison shopping site through a link in the email sent to
them by the broker with the broker’s suggested plans.
All prospects who wish to purchase a plan are directed automatically
to the carrier’s online enrollment system and the broker’s
information is registered automatically to receive credit for
the sale. All activity is measured and summarized for the broker
in a variety of ways.
Ebix also provides brokers with an option of designing a professional
turnkey Agency Website to promote their business
online. Brokers can select from a variety of clean, user-friendly
