Cookie Policy

Your choice

This website uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie preferences. With your permission, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand website usage and improve the visitor experience. Analytics is optional and stays off until you accept. Advertising tracking is not enabled by these settings.

You can review or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer.

Essential storage

Your preference is saved in this browser under ebix-cookie-preferences until it expires after 180 days and is checked on your next visit. It records your choice, the policy version, and when you made the choice. It does not contain your name, email address, or advertising identifier.

This storage is used only to remember your privacy choices. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current page visit and you may be asked again.

Security and embedded services

The enquiry form uses server-side validation, temporary signed form tokens and API security controls to help limit automated submissions. These checks do not add a CAPTCHA or subscribe you to tracking or marketing.

The separate interactive agent office loads only when you request it. That choice applies to the current page; it is not stored as permission for future visits. Cookie preferences lets you unload it. The separate service may have its own storage and processing.

Google Analytics

When you accept analytics on ebix.com, Google Tag Manager loads our Google Analytics tags. These measure information such as pages viewed, website interactions, and browser and device information. Google processes this information to provide usage reports.

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. These cookies can last up to two years under Google’s default settings; their lifetime may vary with our Analytics configuration and your browser.

If you choose Use essential only, we do not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics. You can withdraw permission using Cookie preferences in the footer. Turning analytics off disables measurement, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website and reloads the page to stop loaded tags. It does not erase information already collected.

Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain disabled. Read Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for information about Google’s processing.

Links to other websites

Links to product websites, directions, email applications, and downloaded resources may take you to services with their own privacy and cookie policies. External maps are opened only when you select a directions link; they are not embedded in this website.

Managing browser storage

You can also remove saved preferences using your browser’s privacy settings. Removing them will cause this website to ask for your choice again.
