Duties: Provide solution strategy (pre-sales) support to develop customer-specific strategies for Ebix proprietary system AnnuityNet. Analyze business requirements and write use cases or user stories and standardize business rules definitions that AnnuityNet System can support. Administer with client relationships and coordinate with all stakeholders. Participate in platform redesigning projects and provide direction for revisions to the platforms aka base enhancements. Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications and training. Manage the help desk activities and ensure prompt responses to client needs and issues. Help to diagnose potential trouble spots and coordinate activities with respective teams for the resolutions. Work as a gateway for any/all code releases to production and evaluate potential impacts on user experiences. Ensure and help in documenting, Root Cause Analysis documents are prepared and delivered to clients in reasonable times. Provide solution based on ACORD Standards (License& Appointments, PPfAs & 103, ESignature formats) for data communication, transmission and implementation solutions. Ensure Business goals and objectives using knowledge of Annuity Insurance with SaaS base Annuity platform.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Equivalent +5 years’ experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
